Ambien

I took a little ole 10MG Ambien about an hour ago.Tiny pill !! Im getting pretty loopy but Im not sleeply yet. The spec sheet for it says that people taking Ambien can drive, eat and even have sex in their sleep while using it. Probably not all at the same time though. I alerted the wife to keep an eye on me. I have a history of sleep walking anyway. Insurance wouldnt pay for the time released ones. Its gonna hit me hard in a minute or two.This is how is suppose to work:drunken: :happy10: :sleepy1::sleepy5: fftheair::shaking2::sunny:

Man, that was the best sleep Ive had in a while. 9 + hours. I got up once, fully aware, then went right back to sleep. Lots of REM sleep too, woke up this morning feeling great with no residual effect. I was needing that !!

I tried taking ambien once and I had nightmares, and even woke up and felt like I was moving around at 100MPH. I had to call into work the next day because I didn't get any sleep until about 8:00 the next day i slept for 8 hours and then had to take some pm's to get sleep that night. Glad you got some sleep.

I'm glad it worked for you, i was concerned about those steps going up stairs. 9 hrs that is a good nights sleep.

As you should be ! You might already know, Ive walked off those in my sleep before, it was a concern of mine too. I need to tie one leg to the bed post.

Thats weird mile high ?? One of my concerns was that Id have sleep sex (one of the reported side effects ) and not be able to remember it.

Fresh built a Beautiful home in the woods and as far as hanging by one leg, i can hear it now, DEE get the tractor and loader i'm stuck. LOL.
