  • She's back home.

It's been awhile since I've been on here.
Awhile back justiva broke down and someone wanted to buy her as a fixer car. I sold her for $200.
2 weeks ago my Hyundai sonata broke down. So I have no way to work and bad credit etc. Wondering What I was going to do next monday for work 72 miles away from home.
The guy hadn't paid for festiva yet. So today I asked for money he told me he couldn't afford to pay me, get tires, and register it. Told me I couldn't get it back.
I went and got it back "repo it" lol.
He had fixed the head gasket that caused it to break down in the first place. So now she's back home and I at least have something to drive for now!!

I'm glad to have the festival back home. She's not running the greatest right now. But I'm not driving her far for now. Turns out my sonata just broke an axle and not the transmission, so I'll have her back by weekend. Then maybe I can park Justiva for a little while so I can work on her some and don't HAVE to depend on her for my main transportation.

Keep a paper trail and use a lien sale to put her back in your name...

She is still in my name. Title never signed over. The guy gave her back. It was a friends son in law. He wasn't mad.
