  • HELP Suzuki GN400 (Motorcycle)

I have a 80' or 81' Suzuki GN400 (I dont remember the year for sure) that ive cleaned out the carb. on and resealed the gas tank.

It was hard to start (It is a kick-start) when we got it and now we cannot start it at all. It will hardly ever turn over and "puff"

I'm just getting irritated at the foolish thing and don't know where to go from here. Im wondering is it possible to put an electric starter on it? I dont know too much about this matter and can not find any helpful info on the internet and i haven't gotten much help for local motorcycle places about this.

If someone could please help me find out if it is possible to put an electric starter on it that would be great! As well as any other help of where to go from here to get it started.

This isn't the first time you've posted a repair type thread in the wrong section, that's what the "repair help" section is for

So try again in the right section

    1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
    1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?
