  • its a sad day

my barn and shed burnt down yesterday. y, i have no idea. i just looked outside to see smoke rolling. luckly nobody was hurt, nor was my house or animals, but among the ashes is my 90l plus parts car, four brand new monroe struts and fms lowering springs, two brand new tires, plus all the other reusable goodies on my parts car. and lets not forget all my power tools and hand tools, or my lawn mower, or my sons four wheeler. plus who else knows what was in my shed that im forgeting about. pics to follow as soon as i can find the camera. it looks like i'll be scrapping my festy shell now, as there is not one salvageable part on it now.

Sorry to hear that man, and insurance sucks the big one on anything automotive related for fires. They refuse to cover anything to do with parts or cars. That's why I keep my festy insured even though I haven't driven it since october.

          Sad to hear that man.
Driving for me is neither a right nor a privilege. Driving is my passion, as it was for the people who invented the automobile, the people who paved the first roads and the people who continue to improve the automobile. Please respect this passion.

I'd hate to lose my shop but losing the contents would hurt even worse.

Have you spoken to a detective? Arson may very well be the case. There have been some of those out here, where barns and outbuildings were set ablaze for no reason. One case turned out to be a pyro teenager.
