Seafoam cleans the heck out of the engine, and does a good number on carbon deposits.
You need to add it to the vacuum in VERY TINY amounts, as I have heard rumors that suggest you could bend a valve if too much goes in at once.
Half a can through a vacuum line, and half a can to your gas. It starts POURING smoke out of the exhaust, then you take it for a "drive it like you stole it" ride, AKA, drive the way I do every day at work

For the seats I believe you can fit the Aspire seats pretty easily? If not direct swap. They are more comfy and easy to find in good condition. I have prelude seats which I love but involve welding to work.
