It comes in a little white can.. not fully sure what it does, but we ran it through our '77 Dodge van via the carburetor once, and woah! So much smoke out the back. I think it cleans a lot of the old deposits and such.

But once it was all run through, it sounded almost new (this was after the van sat untouched for over 2 years, ran beautifully after the SeaFoam).

Also ran it in the '90's oil for about 2K miles. Seemed to run a good bit better after that. Can be put in with the gas, too.

        Like $7-8/pint.

Seafoam cleans the heck out of the engine, and does a good number on carbon deposits.

You need to add it to the vacuum in VERY TINY amounts, as I have heard rumors that suggest you could bend a valve if too much goes in at once.

Half a can through a vacuum line, and half a can to your gas. It starts POURING smoke out of the exhaust, then you take it for a "drive it like you stole it" ride, AKA, drive the way I do every day at work

Drive like that till the smoke stops.

For the seats I believe you can fit the Aspire seats pretty easily? If not direct swap. They are more comfy and easy to find in good condition. I have prelude seats which I love but involve welding to work.

Here is a thread to get you started.

not sure what year your seats are Charlie but if you get the right ones....they are almost a direct bolt in with no welding what so ever. Mattswab has a thread on here about them. Year and such.
