What to keep from a parts car

I've got a Festiva that I've been parting out and it'd almost to the point where I have to send it off to the wreckers.

What parts would you keep? I've already sold the obvious stuff like the spoiler, seats rear cargo cover etc. I'm thinking of parts that might be of use later but not necessarily for sale.

I've let rear axle beams go and since needed one two separate occasions because of bent beams from people pulling stuck cars out with a chain on the beam. Ive also let doors, rear seats, windshields and gas tanks go and regretted it later. I'm learning. Learning I should never throw out good parts. I'll never have enough room. I'll never kick this addition. I can never resist the urge to save a beat up Festy. In fact the rustier and forlorn the car the more I want to save it and fix it up. It makes no practical sense all.

Every plastic trim piece that you can easily pull! Obvious motor parts disty, starter, throttle body/tps, MAF/VAF, throttle cable, ebrake, clutch, clutch petal assembly if good rubber, speedo cluster no matter how junk it is, especially the little rubber thing that goes over the reset, shifter and linkage if it has good bushings, female end of seat belts beside the seat, the rubber might.come in handy, door sill trim, dash clock, radio bezel if in decent shape, screw it, keep the whole thing!

X100! Best place to find good body panels to cut out. If you really do have a serious need to scrap it, remove the doors, hatch, and all glass then cut out the quarters between the door and rear wheel wells. Maybe even cut the floor pans out if they're good. Waste not want not!

Perhaps I should add that I have limited storage space for any large items... already switched the hood to my car... quarter panels too far gone to save... dash bezels already on the shelf.

Well if you are lacking on space at least take all the little plastic bits that can break or deteriorate. Cluster, trim, seat belt motors, mirrors, headlights, taillights.
