    if you have a harley, i found that the harley filter wrench is a perfect fit for the festiva filter...
    Thanks to crap like that, I got a cruise missle in my backyard...

      I only tried the screwdriver trick twice in my life on oil filters, it worked once and sucked royally the second time, that was enough to cure me on that one

        You just have to be really careful and punch the screwdriver through closer to the end of the filter so you don't hit the threads. I do it all the time, weekly, at work.
