  • Why me?!?!

    So im swapping exhaust. Think to myself not very hard should be done in a couple hours. Weeelllll. Four hours latter I have only 2 bolts off. Any one have any tricks for getting a.cross threaded nut off?

    Electric angle grinder and cutoff wheel. I believe in the future I'm not even gonna attempt to loosen exhaust bolts/nuts. I'll just go straight to destruction mode and have SS fasteners ready for the reinstall. I've wasted WAY too much time in the past trying to do it "right" before having to just cut them off.
    Any difference that makes no difference is no difference.

      It started tearing the bolt but I got the exhaust out such ruff shape but it will do for now

        Make sure you use anti-seize on the stainless steel fasteners
