Is there a way to magnify an Avatar that is on here?

Temporarily or you want a bigger image to use for something? Most browsers have a magnify function somewhere. So you could just magnify the whole screen and see the avatar bigger if that's what you mean.

The Stig's a character on a UK TV show called Top Gear. No-one's supposed to know who it is, but a previous incarnation (Ben Collins) wrote his autobiography!
