I took one something like that off an Aspire with A/C, but I don't recall ever seeing one on a Festiva.

My previous Festiva (now Taylor Cook's) had the condenser fan on it.

It was pretty much useless since the radiator fan overpowers it.

was mounted on the passenger side of the condenser?????
if it wasn't, it was mounted wrong.

the fan would be very useful, if you do a refrigerant conversion

The condenser fan only came on Auto Trans cars 5 speed models didn't have them from the factory. The extra fan wasn't needed (no trans cooler in the radiator.
