It can be seen 1.3 Injection label on intake manifold...sorry pic not so clear to read the black label on manifold...probably look like 1.0 Injection lol  but actually it's 1.3 Injection. while DOHC is on valve cover.

and why does everything look MICKEY MOUSED????????
hoses off and intake tube without any hold down bolts

looks just like a 323 gtx motor
and why such a narrow picture? hiding something?

lol don't ask me about picture size, this one pic was take from my brother-in-law small digital camera in Philippine. Yes, some bolts, holder, hose, and other parts were remove tune up kits and repair it.

Uhmm I never see any carb engine with Festiva GT-X model in Japan or other Asia area. all they are injection. but yes of course there some carb engine regular one such Kia and other kind than Festiva GT-X model.

I think a 6 looks like a 0 when viewed from that angle.

There was a guy that posted here before with a 1.3 DOHC in a Festiva GTX, he was from Australia. His board name was Thegreatestben I think. Check the album out he had posted pictures.

From what I have read, and I don't know where I read it, maybe in my Haynes Manual, maybe some where else, God Knows. Anyway, I was given to understand that a 1.3 DOHC engine was available, outside the US, but it was a Carbed engine. Could be wrong. I mean damn, it's gotta happen sometime.
