after two weeks of getting it running and moving safely, passed the emissions inspection/test .

Emissions Inspection : Reading Units Limit Result

HC : 4 ppm 220 pass
CO : 0.00 % 1.20 pass
CO2 : 15.18 % --- ---

Not to sure what the averages are but this seems pretty damn good.

Festivas are very SMART!! They can pass most tests easily.
