So the tow place i do some work for picked up 2 abandon cars in PA (usa) one registered in pa , the other is a 1992 VW Golf GTI 1.8l , the vw has a Ontario temp registration, so my question is how would i get a copy of the title for this vehicle, im going to pursue this car because its no rust no body damage mint 237km on odo, sunroof ,etc.... any help from some northern guys would be much appreciated !
