Is there other cars out there you can mix and match as much as the Festiva?

Thank you everyone. I like the Mazda idea. I like the Mazda3, but would like a little more zip (apart from going to a speed)! Right know I am working on lifting a Geo Tracker, but really liked my old Festiva's, I just do not see the Festiva around much anymore. The way cars are being crushed these days, there will not be much to chose from for any vehicle!
Aspires and Sways all around, Miata B6 installed, KYB G2Rs just installed in front. Wish for coil overs someday.

If your into Mazdas, consider a MX-5 Miata chassis. If you paint them flat black, they look heterosexual and you can install a 302 Mustang engine which makes them stupid fast. ( wax Z06 vettes )

yeah jeeps have alot of swappable parts even from other brand also. i run grand cherokee dana 44 rear disc brakes on chrysler 8.25 axle in the rear of my xj crawler. s10 leaf springs make great bastard springs for an xj.

Mitsubishi is a HUGE one. You can take the 2.4 Hyundai Sonata block, bolt an Evo 8/9 head to it and essentially have a stroked Evo motor. 4g63 powered Colt/Summit/Mirage/Elantra/Eclipse/Talon/(D50/Mitsubishi Mighty Max/Starion/Conquest) are wide or narrowblock depending on transmission. All with mix-matching mounts rather than machining a thing.
