  • Parking Brake Cable

    Broke mine yesterday, pulled up too hard on the lever, problem is I can find one anywhere on the net, any ideas ????/

        but will ithe aspire cable work ?, i was under the impression the suspenions are different leading me to believe the cable might be as well

            Aspire E-brake cables are roughly 3/8 inch longer than Festy. I would think the extra slack could be pulled up via the handbrake adjuster and/or drilling new holes in the cable end brackets at the rear wheels. Bravekozack routinely refers to a "FourGreen" site in the States that carries KIA parts. KIA Pride would be the equivalent of 'our babies'.

              If you get a spare aspire one in good shape I'll trade you my working festiva one. I have an aspire beam I'm gonna put under the rear and I didnt' get the cable. just let me know.
