At what mileage did you change the trans? Still original freon and alternator? How many wheel bearings? How about the float sensor?

Would have been around 270000 km when the tranny packed it in (been parked since, too cold to work on it)

My 93L has 107K on the odometer. The engine had 181K on it when I dropped it in at 58K. So the engine has about 230K. It's had rod knock for at least a year but still running strong.

The 92GL Aqua odometer shows 245K but it's a tach cluster I swapped in with exactly 100K more than the original cluster. 96-97 Aspire engine has unknown mileage.

The 90L parts car has 285K and very bad piston rings.

208,781 currently on my '90. Going up 600 a week. Have a pretty good rod or lifter knock, but it keeps on truckin' and can pull just about anyone on a hill!!

Bought it at 89k I've had it for one year and a half now and it is at 117k. It was in such great shape mechanically when I bought it I have been babying it ever since. My last aspire I drove it hard all the time and it ran flawlessly forever. So I figure if I baby this one it will last even longer.

92 L/GL 208k on the frame. Not sure about the powertrain. Needs work, but it works so it's a fair trade.
Any difference that makes no difference is no difference.
