  • Why do this???

Rednecks with Paychecks jumps their Ford Raptor 90 feet and destroys the truck. Hit the jump at about 60 mph and way over shoots the landing. I did not act...

Can anyone please explain it to me?

People like this make late-model engine swaps possible, and give back surgeons that much more job security (I'm sure Ford appreciated the second $60k too, cause you know he's gonna go buy another one). I don't see a problem.

Wonder what my Bricknose would do with a Boss 6.2 in it...

Well, he obviously had NO brains and now after totaling his nice looking truck, he doesn't have any money, either.

I thank my mom and dad for teaching common sense which, sadly, isn't so common anymore.....

Probably because ford advertised them with videos of them getting air so therefore everyone that got one thinks they can do big jumps. Not going to lie if money wasn't a big deal i would probably take of a couple small jumps (But I am talking like maybe 1-2feet of air, like it is designed to handle). Agreed it was a very stupid move on his part, made worse by the fact he had a passenger, but i bet he won't do it again atleast not until the hospital bills are paid off.

Had they been jumping over a creek or a stone wall I'd say the driver/owner was well worthy of a "Darwin Award" for this year. More money than brains; Only I wish I was so afflicted. You could launch a fleet of Festys and write them all off and still have money left over to import a few Saipas.

I'm just guessing, but maybe because mommy and daddy paid for it and they have no idea what it takes work for something like that.
