I'd like to welcome you to the forum. I'm not trying to step out of bounds, but I don't think this is the correct place to post this. I think the repair help section might be. But, either way, it should be on a bracket up under the dash on the top of the kick panel near the clutch pedal. I believe its the green one, but might be a different color if it was replaced1990 Festiva L "puddles". 187,000 mi. All stock, B8 coming this fall to a festiva near you
