You could copy and paste the link from the #1 post in the thread you want, and then replace the 1 with your post number?Any difference that makes no difference is no difference.

I'd have to guess at which page a particularly numbered post might be on; then randomly select a post from that page to see which number post I got, then keep experimenting until I found the desired numbered post. Which is too inconvenient and painstaking a process, for my current level of curiosity about the phenomena.
Not really a whole lot to have to do is one feeling; so perhaps I'll get back to the notion some other time and experiment further. Right click the upper right corner of the post in a thread. There is a number there. Copy link location. Paste into address bar. Replace with desired post number. This will only work if you know which thread the post you want is in, and even then you'd have to go to that thread, so kind of defeats the purpose, I guess.Originally posted by bobstad View Post
