I did something like that to a salesman at Courtesy Chev-Olds on the Queensway. When I got in the new Camaro for a test drive, I pretended I didn't know what a clutch pedal or stick was for. I hesitated and took the car out rough almost the same way Jeff did. Then, I hoofed it to the edge of the roadway and hit the brakes. Took one glance to the left ro make sure nobody was coming and then hoofed it through all the gears. I did a power downshift on the curve around Sherway Gardens while I blazed past a Corvette. The clutch was bouncing on the flywheel and I had to fight for control of the wheel. It was some young rookie salesman that I scared the daylights out of. I told him later that I was going to wait until next years model was out. I was way over the speed limit and was lucky I didn't get a ticket or trash the new Camaro.
