I saw those, and they are tempting. They will probably fit, but who knows for sure?

I figure there are still enough junked Festivas and used parts cars that it's best to just go hunt for a set and freshen them up with bending, paint, etc. Make 'em do. They aren't a moving part, just "garnish" as you indicated.
