Can somebody tell me what wheels or from what brand of cars will fit the 1989 festiva L????? Looking for 13".Thank you Bill.

Welcome to the site. You are wise to be looking outside of 12 inch simply because selection and availability (and increasingly so) just ain't there. The common 13s these days are 175/70 and they are 1 inch bigger radius than what you have now.Comment
