  • When I installed the ebrake.....

That I got from a Festiva at UPAP, I pulled up the carpet in the back and discovered on each side on the floor I have rust holes. That was why I had a wet carpet in the backseating area the day I picked up the car when I purchased it ...... It was raining that day. The holes are right where the front tires splash up the water.

I filled the areas with silicone to seal up the holes for now and will make a visit to my welder to permantly fix the problem.

Has anyone else had that problem?

The ebrake works great and I also installed the adjusters (from UPAP) and got new racing bearings, packed them full of grease and I'm good to go!!

Also check up high at the plenum corner and the firewall. Corrosion usually sets in right at the corner. shine a light and poke screwdriver to check for structural integrity above the wiring harness entrance through the firewall. Water will run down, get under your carpet and rust out your floor pan.

        $4

4.99 for regular, 8.99 for racing. It sounded good anyway. lol!

I believe the regular have plastic sleaves in them.
