89 festiva jumps while at stop light

I have an 89 Festiva that jumps real bad when at a stop light; adjusted the idle and didn't help; could it be a vacuum leak possibly causing it to idle really rough and fast like this?

Must be an automatic??
Bad vac hose or other source of unmetered air!!
Even a carby will act up with vac leaks.
