600+ car show

600+ car's at the show on a Thursday ,They said they were parking at 6 am this morning ? to get a choice spot .They have this once a year .

while I was there a guy was telling me about a Pro Street Festiva ",Not at this show" I ask if it was white ,he says yes :?
I don't think it was Rich's car . Rich ? Is your car done ?
Anyway it was at the HotRod Super Nats .
He said this car was a BBF supercharged ,blower was as high as the roof, and the rear tubs was half way up the back windows . Has anyone seen this car or know who owns it ?
It was in Springfield ,Illinois

I found some pictures of a white festiva with massive rear tubs. No blower though. Could this be it before the blower was added?

Yawn, Tubbed cars are so out.. I sell wheels to people all day who are Untubbing cars in the hot rod world! a V8 Festiva is cool, but thats too much.

Hmmm, I've never been in contact with anyone who has a blown BBF in a Festiva. All I can say is it definitely isn't me.

My white car has most of the "big" singular items out of the way, chassis construction, engine, transmission. Still have to do a 9" center section, but that's nothing since I will buy that already assembled.

Mainly here on out it's just fitting the car for odds and ends ( actually the main accumulation of the build hours ), making new quarters with the English wheel ( enlarging wheel openings using steel ), paint, etc.

Be a while yet, cause of other pans in the fire.
