I was stuck in traffic on the Rainbow Bridge today. I forgot it was tourist season. I didn't think I was going to make it back across to the Canadian side in time before Royal closed at 5 p.m. The mist from the Falls was refreshing and made the wait bearable.
I was lucky and managed to arrive on Kalar Road just five minutes before they closed. The manager was a tough bargainer. But he lowered his price. I was better. He smiled and told me that he had personally crushed fifty Festivas.
I felt like taking his picture so that we could all throw darts at it.
Today was a good day. Left to right, an oboe for one quarter of the price of new, a Merion U.S. Open cap, a mattdickmeyer tool to remove and replace the retaining clip for the swoopy spring + a pair of swoopies.
