whats the deal with people buying a $500 used car??

Whats up with people? my brother is selling a 86 toyota mr-2 for $500.
and these guys keep calling him asking HIm to drive the car to him, like 50 miles away!? wtf? they claim they will buy the car site unseen.. tonight i have to drive an extra hour south after work, then its a 2-1/2 hour ride home tonight, if this guy dosent buy this thing im gonna punch them in the face!

yeah gas is too expensive for that, without any assurance of a sale at least. i had an 86 mr2 it was a great car.
