so whatever transmission and engine are underneath this thing, i'd be sure interested to know..

This looks like the one I've been seeing on instagram that someone's made into a pick up but they have super huge wheels tucked under the festiva fenders. It looks as if they're making it low rider material. Anyone seen it?
