I just got rid of a set of Mickey Thompson N-50's on alum slots that had been in the garage for almost 20 years. :lol: :lol:
All the Hot stuff ran on N-50 tires in the early 70's .

SWEET ,thats it , my front did not set that high ,but the back did ,with the air shocks ,and my flares went all the around , I will search for some pics

Not really ,just shook up , I had a bad M/C wreck about a week apart from the one she had , I Rear ended a 3/4 ton Chevy with a step bumper and a Reese hitch on my way work @ about 60 ,it was not pretty either.

Nah, it was on woodward avenue in birmingham michigan. I mean, theres a lot more crazy stuff going on than a flaming festiva, believe it or not. I told him its a race car, and that stuff happens, and hes like cool hahaha.

I had a friend follow me, and supposedly im getting some wicked flames coming out. Im going to have to repipe my exhaust a bit, cause it's not in a very safe place right now (right under the driver)

He then complained about the crack in my windshield, and how that should be fixed. Then he made me go through every switch I installed, explaining what they do. Finally, after he realized it wasn't my radio, he lectured me on having the bad driving record I have and to 'be careful'. He then followed me out, pulling his SUV up to blind me from oncoming traffic.... intentionally, if you ask me. It seemed like he was creating a situation for me to really gun it.

This is the kind of cop that should be reprimanded and then fired then jailed for dangerous obstruction of traffic. I'd say 90% of cops deserve the same thing.

Just kidding. I've had very few problems with cops. Hell, I work with them once in a while, and we all share the same public safety building.

I patrol in a Crown Vic "Police Interceptor." So far I've had no cause to "intercept" anyone.

Don't think I'd have my job long if I did!

I also wonder if anyone would even pull over for my GREEN AND YELLOW strobes! 8)

I think so. I used to know of a guy who bought his drugs from cops. Locally, thanks to the local news, the cops were busted for partying while on the job at a house they had collectively bought for a purpose. This is WHILE they were being paid with our tax dollars. I never see cops doing anything about real crime and constantly seeing them harassing people just going out on the weekends trying to have some fun. How many times do we see cops speeding, driving wrecklessly, blowing red lights, tailgating other drivers WITHOUT their lights on? Just this past week I was watching a cop trying to get motorists to speed by driving two feet behind their rear ends. Another time I saw a cop almost hit children crossing the road. Cops are out of control. A good 90% of them I'd say. Think about it, how many times have you lost money to crooks and compare it how much you have lost money to extortionist cops? I think I lost $20 to a guy who stole it from me on a plane. But all the speeding tickets that cops have extorted out of us. What's the difference between mafia like gangsters and cops? I don't see any. Both use the money they steal to pay themselves more and buy things that will allow them to steal more from people faster. Don't get me started on how many people cops murder each year. While being paid with OUR tax dollars, they are rude to us, they assault us, intimidate us, they violate our rights and freedom, they do next to nothing about real crime, they are cynical, SOBs. I was watching a documentary about them and the protests going on in Washington and New York. The cops were admitting they don't care about the laws, they just care about "order and control" and will violate laws and get away with it because the courts/judges are just as corrupt. This is one of the things wrecking our country. This is why after Katrina they rioted in New Orleans because the people there were governed at the barrel of a gun and they hate those that control them. Government thinks they can control everyone all the time. But the reality is it's like a drunk guy in a bar waving a gun around. As soon as he drops that gun, everyone's going to pounce. Yet if government learns, or is made to remember that it's the people that control them and pay them then they'll behave themselves more. You can't rule by force. Sorry what comes around goes around.

A few bad cops seems to give them all a bad name. I have a few friends that are cops and I can personally say that not all cops are bad. Most cops don't want to write tickets if they don't have too, alot has to do with your attitude when they stop you.
