  • 3 tach clusters from jawa

so I was in the process of trying to buy these clusters from jawa who turns out to be ligit and pretty cool dude.people here doubted him bc the clusters he was trying to sell were still at a junkyard but being the fact the he doesn't even own a festiva I cant say that I would have bought all of them if I didn't have someone to sell them to.i know some say well what if the y were gone when he went to get them.well I would hope that hewould handle that situation like an adult and issued a refund asap. but anyways I think for those of u who just started bashing him should have maybe found out the whole situation. but all I am saying is be little more laid back and relax let things slide. and I did pay paypal like some said he wouldn't accept. and by the way got these for a dang good deal. and 2 days shipping cant get much faster. also if someone else was gonna get these from the yard and sell what was the difference in saying the same thing if u didn't have the clusters either. lol done ranting
popcorn and movie well c what happens

    heres the posting

and believe it or not he threw in a ford key chain I know these are $3-5 at any parts store

p.s. thnx jawa good guy given the chance to prove it lol

Jawa's mistake was to say he had them in his possession, when it was later proven that he didn't. He should have said that they were in a JY and he would pull them if there was any interest in buying them. That's why we smelled a rat. Plus questions about payment issues, and then copping an attitude. Plus he had had very little interaction on the forum over a two-year period, so we didn't know what kinda guy we were dealing with here. The whole thing snowballed from the first misrepresentation. Lessons learned. Glad it all turned out well tho.

I do patially agree with tom but he had no intentions of screwing anyone and there were some that jumped in doggin him that prolly never had intentions on even making an offer on the xlusters but all is well in the future he should list the parts as in the jy.but i think there is a leason learned on both sides hopefully.

^^that might all be true, but you can't post an item for sale if you don't have it in your possession, when a junkyard has the parts, state that in the FS thread from the start and it'll save all the trouble
