    which one is better the one that came from the b6 tracer.the stock cast b3 manifold or the tubular b3 manifold like this one

    for a stock or mild B6, use the B6 manifold.
    Trees aren't kind to me...

    currently: 2 88Ls (Scrappy and Jersey), 88LX, 90L(Pepe), 91L, 91GL (Skippy) 93 GL Sport (the Mighty Favakk), 94 (Bruce) & 95 Aspire SEs, 97 Aspire (The Joker),
    94 Justy 4WD, 87 Fiero GT, plus 2 parts cars. That's my fleet.

          I cant even afford to rebuild the b6 right now let alone a stainless header

            To have Matt make one in stainless would be prohibitively expensive. His standard header is mild steel but well made and comes with high temp paint on it. For a non stainless header they run about $300.

                Use the one with less straw in it, since straw will interrupt airflow.

                    I threw out what looked like a perfectly good Aspire exhaust manifold (like the tube steel manifold you pictured) yesterday after noticing the horribly intrusive welds all over it.

                      Cut the runners off that flange, gasket match the ports and build your own wicked cool custom steel header= win!
