Hi all- just sold my Fest over the weekend to a guy from CA. He apparently did not do his homework, and does not think the car can be registered in CA because it is not CA certified. Anyone have experience getting an out of state Festy registered in CA?

I brought a turbo merkur to cali from az. The dmv checks the sticker, which wasnt a cali emissions sticker but i was able to show them a photocopy of one, the cars are rare and i rode the hell out of that fact. All i did was pay for smog and title change. This was a while back. You need to go to a star cerified place, which is a new deal we have here.1993 GL 5 speed
It's a MazdaFordnKia thing, and you will understand!
