For a B6 that looks that new, "time machine" seems entirely plausible.

That's beautiful, you got lucky lol. Even if I found an engine with that low if miles in a junk yard, some smart guy would have left the hood up back in 97 and a couple animals and the weather would have trashed it.2008 Kia Rio- new beater
