They will be a pain to mount since the center bore is not the same, as far as if the width and backspacing will cause issue someone else will have to give you input.
Oldest Festiva on the forum (so far) 3/87 LX - 225k
89 Tracer 13" alloys and dome light. Pioneer stereo, all else is stock.
My wheels are 6" with a 38mm offset and no spacers needed front or rear, so you should be fine with those. 5.5" 38mm. Given the properly sized tires of course.

This is the only decent one I have. The rear shows more what a stock hub to that wheel fitment looks like, because I have Rio hubs/brakes up front, and they stick out a bit farther.
Oh, and obviously mine aren't chrome and gloss any more. Satin black.
