umm i think scrap is about 250-300, if the car can be fixed and back on the road i would think 4-450 would be fare depending how much you need to put in the car to get it back on the road.

I'd pay $300 for a wrecked car with little other body damage and mostly intact car. As long as the title is still good and insurance hasn't been claimed on it.

Sorry, scrap value at the junkyard is $100. $200 is adequate in my opinion. Be prepared to move $50.

If the Festy is only 100, I would get it. If worse comes to worse you can always use it as a parts car.

For an idea of what things are going for in our area. Several months ago I purchased a 1988 in Spokane for $200. Both headlights, grill, bumper, hood and fenders are smashed. The engine and transmission (4 speed) are in good shape. Interior is shredded.

IMO $400 for it is a good deal especially if it still runs and drives straight. Getting the replacement parts shouldn't be too pricey. Just make sure the title is good and insurance wasn't claimed like previously stated.
