  • My current DD (not a festy) :(

Hahaha so I figured now that I'll be officially joining the festy community this Sunday I'd post my disgusting current Daily Driver to show how much of an upgrade I'm going through! This my friends is a 1994 Plymouth Duster! Now don't be fooled by the name in reality its just a 6 cylinder Sundance with a sport body. Absolutely disgusting I know IMG_0472.jpgIMG_0470.jpg

Actually a 2 door duster with the turbo 4 cyl and 5 speed (in green like yours or white) is a car I always keep an eye out for to buy a beater. They are kind of quirky and I like that, with the hatch like it is, but the turbo motor is what I really want, you can get some wicked power out of those little motors.

^^ No worries sketch, its a Chrysler, just give it some time and it will probably kill itself with fire or some other form of punishment

What a disgrace to call that thing a Duster! Like the 80s Nova.

At least the duster was made by Chrysler (with some mitsubishi in it)l the move was made by toyota with some chevy emblems thrown on (I almost got an 80s nova but she wanted like $600 and I wouldn't come off $350, so she crushed it for $275)

Don't you just love when people have that mentality of "If I can't get what I want, you don't get what you want" And will take less from scrapping it just so you don't have it.

I was gonna have a mechanic put a 3.0 Mitsu motor into my '89 Aries 2 door. Bought the van for the V-6 and he began the work. Never finished cause he got sick. Eventually scrapped the shell and motor. Dead dream.

I learned if you want something done--do it yourself! That's when I got into Festivas.

I'd seriously love me a V-6 K-car though. If I were dirtyfilthystinkin' rich I'd do it!

My Aries was a burgandy 2 door with burgandy interior. Quite monochromatic and kinda striking actually, for a K-car. Two door LEs were kinda rare, too.

i recently test drove a 94 shadow ES with a V6. not really too impressed. got back into my 91 LX-E and it felt faster. same guy has a 88 turbo shadow w/auto and 28K miles. that's my next test drive.
