OK.. so i have picked up a festiva and i want to do something different in the nz car scene, for now i want to do body and wheels etc, well im an electrical apprentice, the amount of petrol she drinks is nothing really so no engine swap just yet. I have googled and googled and cant get much info, i know the mx5 brakes can be modified to fit on, and thats all i really know, my first goal however is lowering, so anyone know what kind of springs i should be using

Seeing as your in new zealand,
And your closer to aus then us here in the states.
In Australia there is a company called king springs
that makes standard height and 30mm lowered spring sets for your car.
They would be the best choice.

Well, heres an update on my car

Springs are ordered, as well as new tread for the wheels
And i have done a few other things that were supercheap

I have been looking for a guide to do a b6t swap in a festiva, but i cant find anything, i was thinking of buying a second shell and test swaping and getting it al running, and once its done transfer the entire thing into my god car and get it certed etc, or have to cars

Your car is called the Ford Aspire in the US, so on this board you will prob get more results looking for B6T Aspire swap. There is quite a bit of info in the Engine Swaps subforum
