Swap list???

Does anyone here have an up to date complete swap list for Festies?
I'm trying to plan out what to do to my '88 4 speed on a shoestring budget and would like to get a game plan set so I can keep my eyes peeled for deals. I would like to get it moving down the road a bit zippier...way zippier.
Will have to do it a step at a time while still using it as my driver for work.
Anybody got some good suggestions for meeting this goal? Thanks.
