  • Great news for Calgary area motorsports fans!

Check this out. Track has been designed by the same company that did Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas.

Finally a replacement for Race City Speedway that was shut down a couple of years ago. Just hoping it's not another flash-in-the-pan proposal that goes nowhere.

Really looking forward to this track opening. My B6T car will be up and running with all the bugs worked out (I hope).

Maybe we can work a track day into the Westiva activities for 2016

Charlie, you and Tweak are formally invited!

Long road trips to Festiva meets have been done.... we did 38 hours Calgary to Raleigh for FMV. I believe Charlie has done Phoenix to Raleigh twice at 32 hours one way! Follow the link in my signature to our blog about the trip.

Rockyview Motorsports Park is holding an information session on Tuesday evening. I plan on being there.

Wasn't able to make it to the open house. Forgot about my mother-in-law's 79th birthday party! They are doing a great job of keeping their website updated so follow along if you're interested.
