It all passed but what's Co2 percentage? The last I checked cars didn't produce Carbon Dioxide? They produce Carbon Monoxide but not Dioxide I believe. And what's the Co readings? Is that carbon?

CO is Carbon Monoxide. It is one Oxygen molecule combined with one Carbon molecule.
Carbon Mono(meaning one) Oxide(oxygen).
Yes Carbon Dioxide is also produced. The catalytic converter is there to make sure the CO is converted along with other emissions such as Hydrocarbons and Nitrogen oxides into CO2 and water vapor. -
If I ever took my kia back to Colorado I saved my emissions exempt stamp
