Put in new bearings on my pass side front and wheel locked up. Did everything normal, packed bearings, didnt have anything that bothered me putting it together. Any ideas what i did wrong?

Yeah, I've put 150 on them. They didn't seem to mind at all.
Forget the seal and all the grease shot out?Any difference that makes no difference is no difference.

Uhh, if you rebuilt them you just use the spacers that are with them. Unless they got damaged somehow.
If you do new ones you have a huge headache or a big bill to get them done "properly".Any difference that makes no difference is no difference.

Falken I would venture to say that your spacer is stuck to the old bearing with a little grease. Time to do a little dumpster diving. You really want to find that spacer,hopefully you didnt put the trash cans at the curb yet.Some people like to read fiction,I prefer to read repair manuals. Weird I know-

I was wondering if you "mixed up" the spacers. They are specific to each hub, and CANNOT be switched.
It does sound like there is no spacer in the hub, for it to lock up in 1 block!Dan
