Gary Fulkerson's SCCA Autocross Festiva For Sale?

I was wondering around the internet and came across this: http://www.rumblesclassics.com/1990_..._209690710.veh Apparently Gary Fulkerson's SCCA Solo racer in up for sale. This car was featured in Grassroots Motorsports back in the day. This car is pretty crazy sounding. $12,500 in a big price tag.
