Gonna go work on my Aspire Engine today at the shop I go to, will be doing all the work myself and will be building a .40 over Aspire Engine to use in probably another Festiva or Aspire I will buy sooner or later.... will be completely rebuilt from the ground up

I think a good gasket match would help alot. Especially on the intake side. Make sure the upper and lower intake manifold matches up nicely. My aspire manifold had a ton of casting flash around the ports

Well the head gasket is blown on this engine (not really that bad!) so that's why I am gonna rebuild this engine today otherwise I would still have that Aspire but Forgot to get the brakes from it...
