I sold my white faced with 96K miles for $60 plus shipping which is what I paid from www.car-part.com, but then saw the buyer turn around and sell it for around $100 plus shipping. The orange ones seem to be a little cheaper, but it just depends and varies by seller. I would check www.car-part.com to compare with the prices you see here.93 GL -

When I find that happens, I never sell/give them another part, no matter how much they might need it.
In the micro car world forum in which I belong they send out emails to members notifying them that this is being done by an individual.

I wouldn't pay more then $30 for a tach cluster ever.... These cars are too cheap to pay any kind of higher price for any stock part

The white ones fetch more money because they only came in the 90 LX.

Supply and demand are entirely what drive this. I was happy to buy an orange tach cluster with 150K on it 4 years ago for about $60 and it has worked like a charm and I got hold of a clean white tach cluster for a similar price about a year later. That one never did get installed and recently moved on as part of a package deal along with all three of my cars. Metric speedos with tachs are much more desirable (for me) but never featured at all in OEM Canadian Festys (folks seem to be too cheap up here) but did show up in UK, Europe, Aus and Asia. I was quite willing to fork over $100 for one of those but it never happened.Comment
