Pu421 & festyboy picked up my festiva today....a '92L....with a bad MTX
It was a splendid 22 years....what a fun car it was...thou not a daily driver recently....when ever I or the Mrs. and I need to run a quick errand it first the first choice in the stable....It just won't be there anymore as a option.
The only satisfaction is knowing it will live on as an organ donor....changing or rebuilding a mtx isn't beyond me...just at a point where time is pretty limited.
In any case Pu421 donated $300 to the site for the car....all it's spare parts....factory service manuals....receipts and service records....long live www.fordfestiva.com Thanks Pu421....and....to all....festyboy is really bright....if he provides repair advice....I would take it!
