Not Festiva related, but I know that many of you guys know quite a bit about Protege's and their engines.
Anyway, I found a 97 Protege that we're looking at for my mother in law. Is this one of the engines that is similar to the Festiva, or was that the older ones? Consumer Reports recommends them, so I figure it can't be too bad.
I don't know much about it yet, going to look at it tomorrow. It has 125,000 miles(so if it's like a Festiva engine, it's pratically new), asking $1,600, body looks in good shape(from picture on the internet)
