refill amounts for envirosafe and oil

My other thread got moved. Probably for posting a link. anyone who has refilled there refrigerant please chime in. i've installed everything from a donor car. Now the book says 25Oz of refrigerant and doesn't seem to list the amount of oil. Enviro-safe is like 11 bucks for a 3Oz can... So do I really need 8 cans of refrigerant to fill it from empty. And how much oil do I fill where. The manual isn't very helpful on this stuff. Thanks
