The connection is cable broadband, that reading is pretty consistent but I've been told there are a lot of variables with these speed tests, different times of day, what's between the test server and you etc... I built my PC (Asus T2) but its specs are not much different from the new ones now, nothing crazy. It's not wireless and I know that helps. I'm curious about the fast uploads a couple people listed, those have to be T1. Now just don't tell anyone and maybe my provider won't start turning dials and slow me down (insert paranoid emoticon here)

Every car I have owned has had a turbo in it, until I bought this latest festiva.. I plan to fix that though.

Yeah I've done like 4 tests with different speeds each time. Uploads are about the same tho.

download differs slightly from region to region , Seattle being the slowest

                          but upload remains the same

mine wasn't to bad through seattle. LA was faster though and it's a lot farther away. the server must effect it some too.

Sprint DSL. Its a shame it cost me $60/month for 5 meg.
But it allows me to work from home some. So in the end its worth it to me.
