  • Which Carb

I am looking at replacing the Carb on my 88 festiva. I am leaning to the WEber 32/36, which choke to get is the biggest question. Also anyone know which jet works best on the Webers? My car began to have a really high idle and wont back down, I can do 54 without hitting the gas pedal. I have seen that Rocketman makes the adapters and have contacted him on the logistics of them. Any and all help would be appreciated.

    Welcome to the Forum!

Webers are good, Escort carbs are preferred by some tho.
For the main jets, I'd suggest as small as possible, like 90 or 100. Ideally, you should have a digital AFM to check on rich or lean when tuning the carb.
