  • Aftermarket cam

Hey folks, need some advice. Any tips or ideas are welcome. I'm looking to buy an aftermarket camshaft for my stock motor. A friend of mine who owned the car before me bought a aggressive cam off FMS. He know lives out of state & lost the cam somewhere at his parents house. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a brand or a link to an aftermarket cam. I know i could swap the motor. Don't have the money since I'm getting married next year. Just looking to get more power out of the B3 & get some mechanical experience out of it. Any answers would be awesome or ideas. Thanks

If you search on Facebook for "dickmeyer automotive engineering" and send him a pm about having one ground, that's your only option for b3 cams right now. Which would do nothing more than alter your power band. There's a couple other bolt on mods that can be done to insure power enhancements without something as drastic as a cam. If only consider a cam grind if you were going from na to turbo, or if you got serious head work done.

Or you could post a [WTB] on here to see if anyone has an FMS cam laying around?
